Anime Heart is run by Ruksi along with the help of Sen. Very nice people. In Anime Heart you will find graphics such as wallpapers, signatures, icons, and more. I have just now started to affiliate with them but, I have know Ruksi for a little while now. Please pay Ruksi & Sen a visit.
Anime Share is a well known and famous anime graphics/resource/design website. It is owned by the great Dark Lady. I have known Anime Share before it recieved it's own domain. I did not know Dark Lady online personally until this year. I have found her to be a very nice person. I was accepted as an affiliate for winning first place in her Chibi Avatar Contest.
Clouded Dreams is run by the wonderful Kara. She just opened Clouded Dreams thus, not much is known. Although, so far, even though it's a new site... the resources are amazing. In Clouded Dreams, there are layouts, icons, wallpapers, and lots more. This girl has talent. Please pay Kara a visit. She would love that.

Forsaken Serenity is owned by the awesome Kioku, Kaihime, and Chiharu! I have just recently started to affiliate with them but, their site is worth checking out. It's no beginner site. Kokunkokun is run by the wonderful, yet lovely, Kate. I have been affiliates with Kate quite some time now. When I first applied I thought I wouldn't get accepted. Kate's skills in coding and designing are wonderful. Her coding is even better than mine. What I really like about Kate is that she's not afraid to speak her mind. Now, in her site she provides graphics as well as resources. She tends to hold ocassional contests as well. Stop by and pay her a visit.
Shanghai Doll is owned by the wonderful Arisu. Unlike most design sites she only currently offers mainly icons. She has a few other things but, not much. Her main focus is icons. They are very, very, very good. Her designing skills are superb as well. Please pay her a visit.

I have been affiliates with Kelee from Sweetest Emotion for a while now. Her website is chock full of content. She holds regular contests and is also a very nice person. I find her site to be very reminiscent.
Takedown Parade is owned by Justin. I have not been affiliates with Justin for a long time. Thus, I am still getting to know him. In his site he offers designs, resources, and more!
